When we are unable to observe the changing there is agitation.
When we want to control the changing there is frustration.
When we confuse the changing with the non-changing there is misery.
When we identify happiness with the unchanging there is attachment.
When we identify peace as the unchanging there is anger and regret.
When we see the changing being outside the non-changing there is ignorance.
When we realise the changing is also the non-changing there is liberation.
